Cars is a 2006 movie animation produced by Pixar and directed by both Lasseter and Joe Ranft John. It was the seventh Disney / Pixar film, and the end of Pixar film before its acquisition by Disney. The piston past races car racing in the Cup ends in a triple tie between Gaza veteran pension "King Weathers, perennial runner-up Chick Hicks fight dirty, and rookie Lightning McQueen. A tiebreaker race is scheduled for a week later at Los Angeles International Speedway. McQueen, eager to begin practice in California, as soon as possible to become Cup champion and win the Dinoco sponsorship oil, Mack made a driver to drive all night. Mack is too exhausted to notice when McQueen, asleep, falls off the back of the truck. Wake McQueen in traffic and speeds off and think you can see Mack, but another truck. The attention of a sheriff and speeds away, but crashed in the downtown race Radiator Springs, tearing inadvertently its main street. McQueen is arrested and tried the next day by the judge of the city and doctor, Doc Hudson, who initially wants McQueen out of town as quickly as possible, but at the insistence of Sally Carrera, city prosecutor, assigned community service to repair the road.

As McQueen prepares to race, his thoughts return to their new friends, and distracts good results. However, it is surprising to discover that Doc, equipped in its "Hudson Hornet" colors, and others from Radiator Springs are serving as his pit crew. Encouraged by their presence and their incredible pit stop speed, and the use things he learned of them while in Radiator Springs to counter dirty tactics Chick Hicks, McQueen was able to gain the lead. In the last lap the race, Hicks purposely answered the king McQueen trying to reach, sending King into an accident. McQueen stops inches short of winning the Cup King back and pass the goal line, avoiding what happened to Doc from happening to the king, and allowing Hicks to take the cup. After the race, Hicks is shunned its tactics despite his victory, while McQueen is praised by the king and his wife, and the press and public for their sportsmanship. McQueen returns to Radiator Springs and announced it will establish its headquarters out of the season there, helping to revitalize the city and its business, both for the pleasure of his new friends.
