Why the Tampa Bay Buccaneers fucking suck so bad this year?
I mean, I knew it would be a year of reconstruction, but this is ridiculous ... who is to blame? The property does not pay for talent? The office can not find the talent? Coaches can not coach? Or players who also suck giant donkey balls! Tell Yahoo Answers, why the Bucs suck so bad?
1. Completely new body of coaches. 2. Brand new, young, inexperienced players. 3. Tons and tons of change. When you look at the teams that have done well in the past usually not much change in at least some respect. Saints have almost the same players and the coaching staff last year. The same goes for the Giants. The two matches 5-0. Vikings stay the same in training and the players, except for the addition of Favre. They started 5-0. The Broncos started with virtually the same players, only coaching staff changed. They started 5-0. Colts appear to have the greatest variation of 5-0 teams, but look what has remained the same: Wizards of Mudd Moore column backbone Room offensive staff training. Manning still there. The assistant head coach moves up to the coach and works with the old technology a year before taking the job, planning each move. Almost all of these teams remained unchanged for most, but just change one or two things to resolve equipment and make it better this year. It is like owning a house. Some houses are better than others. Others are worse shape. Among the 32 teams who want the house the biggest and best. You a. Make some minor renovations to see better? B. Make a major overhaul? O C. Just call the house down and build a new one? As you can imagine, a minor renovations will be much faster. It is a kind of what the Colts, Steelers and Patriots generally tend to do. Home Remodeling is a kind of what the Redskins and the Cowboys tend to do. They never completely tear down the house, but they pay good money to add the big names of the team. Pay you big money to make the house look a lot better, but in the end, after all this money, you still have some of that old beat home. Then you have teams like Detroit, Houston and Tampa Bay is on track to break the house down and rebuild it completely. Houston is only later in the process of building homes. If I have a very nice house, I just want to make minor renovations. That's why teams that are really good tend to be very good. If I have big problems with the house if I do a major renovation that can do it faster than rebuilding the whole house. But I could only successfully to cook it. Then, once the kitchen is that I have to rebuild the bathroom. Then upon receipt of the rest of the house, fix the kitchen must be brand new. That's what Tampa Bay is concerned. They could continue to patch and repair, but whenever we have an argument Super Bowl team that? At the appointed time something else is wrong. They therefore decided that the house and start over. The thing is, they are still being the new home. So you're comparing a home that is almost completely finished, with those who are. All this change and turnover, it is difficult to build a good team right away. Players must gain experience. They should get some team unity. They to bulk up. They must know what is working. Tampa Bay is young everywhere. They make a big bet. It will take time to rebuild, but the hope is that with the start completely over them possibly in May to form a high-level team in place to resolve every year to a team of level 2. Cleveland is to do the same. These teams are out of business types renowned for putting in 4-5 good young to overhaul the team. Will take 2-3 years for train these young people.
